Sitara Ghar Workshop Rules
We want every workshop to feel welcoming, relaxed, and enjoyable. Please read the following before booking:
•Bookings are confirmed after full payment. Seats cannot be reserved without payment.
•Workshop tickets are non-refundable. Since materials, instructors, and seating are arranged in advance, we cannot offer refunds if you are unable to attend.
•Tickets may be transferred. If you cannot attend, you may give your seat to someone else. Please inform Sitara Ghar of the attendee’s name and contact details before the workshop.
•Rescheduled workshops: If a workshop is moved to another date, your booking will automatically remain valid for the new date. Further options will be communicated directly to registered attendees.
•Cancelled workshops: If Sitara Ghar cancels a workshop, attendees will be offered a refund, credit, or transfer to another workshop. Any non-refundable third-party ticketing charges will be clearly communicated.
•Please arrive on time. We recommend arriving 10 to 15 minutes before the workshop begins. Late arrivals may miss important instructions, and the session cannot be extended.
•Materials: Only the materials and finished items mentioned in the workshop description are included. Additional materials or customisations may cost extra.
•Age requirements: Please check the workshop description for any age restriction. Children must be accompanied by an adult when specified.
•Respect the space and the community. Be considerate towards instructors, fellow participants, staff, equipment, and the venue. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal without a refund.
•Personal belongings: Participants are responsible for their own belongings. Sitara Ghar cannot accept responsibility for anything lost, damaged, or left behind.
•Photos and videos: We may photograph or record parts of the workshop for Sitara Ghar’s social media and promotional content. Please inform our team before the session if you would prefer not to appear.
•Creative freedom is encouraged. You do not need prior experience, and your work does not need to be perfect. Come ready to learn, experiment, and enjoy making something of your own.
